Swegreen Ties a Knot with the German Giants EDEKA to Expand to the Continent

Swegreen, a leading innovator in in-store and vertical farming, is thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership with the EDEKA and their merchants Stadler + Honner. EDEKA as one of Europe's top 10 supermarket chains with over 6500 stores across Germany offers the optimal settings for private merchants. This strategic alliance marks a significant step towards Swegreen's international expansion, with the first in-store facility set to be established in Munich, Germany.

Swegreen's CEO Pierre Mohlin expresses excitement about the collaboration, stating, "International expansion has been an integral part of our vision for 2023, and we are delighted to realize it with one of the biggest and most respected names in the industry. The agreement was signed and sealed in mid-July, and the installation of the in-store facility is planned to be done during autumn of 2023.
